EAISAC Leadership Conference @ Nagoya International School

On October 4th and 5th, Nagoya International School hosted the EAISAC Leadership Conference, aimed at inspiring and developing student leaders. With a range of engaging workshops, students explored essential leadership skills and collaborative strategies.



Key sessions included "Building a Leader," where participants reflected on their leadership journeys and created action plans. In "Leading by Leaning In," students learned the importance of active participation to build trust within teams. The interactive session on "Leadership Styles, Decision Making, and Problem Solving" helped students assess their leadership approaches and enhance team effectiveness.



"Mastering Team Management" equipped participants with tools for running productive meetings, while the "Negotiation" session focused on navigating differing perspectives to find mutually beneficial solutions. The conference concluded with team challenges that fostered teamwork and camaraderie.




In addition to the workshops, participants enjoyed cultural experiences, including making wagashi (Japanese sweets), vibrant Japanese drumming sessions, and learning sword skills from samurai instructors. These activities deepened their appreciation for Japanese heritage while enhancing their leadership experience.







Overall, the EAISAC Leadership Conference was a resounding success, empowering students with valuable insights and skills that will shape their futures as leaders.
